When I turn my a\c on my serp belt starts to squeal like it is loose. Each time clutch engages it does this.I have replaced the belt cause I thought it was stretched out. Not it. It still slips and volt meter drops from 12 to 6 until compressor catches up when I slow down it does it again. Blows cold air when working. Just seems like compressor is stiff. Would comp oil help?Or is it more serious?

The compressor is locking up when this happens the oil is leaking somewhere not lubricating the compressor.
