1995 Ford F-150 severe loss of power

Especially on any gradient it bogs down and I cant get past 80 on normal performance. It will slowly keep accelerating if I hit the pedal just right but at nowhere near the speed it should

Has the check engine light come on? Have you checked to make sure the catalytic converter isn't plugged? Finally, have you checked fuel pump pressure?

Havnt checked the cat but pressures good and no engine light

Check to make sure the converter is clear, check for vacuum leaks, and I would also recommend checking the fuel pump pressure.

Let me know what you find.
