Electrical problem
1995 Ford F150 V8 Automatic

I have a re occuring issue with starting. Turn the key and get click, repeatedly, but usually it will finally start.
I have had the battery tested under load, checks OK.
I have checked and rechecked the connectins for corosion, and replaced the terminal connectors at the battery. I have replaced the starter several times. Solenoid is on the starter. Whenever I have a problem with this and it simply won't start, just clicks, I have replaced the starter and the problem goes away for a very short time, sometimes a few weeks, sometimes a few days, but it always comes back. I have replaced the starter 5 times, the one in there is a OEM.

Welcome to the forum, I'd probably check the circuits at the starter relay, under the hood, near battery. Voltage to the switch side of relay is hot all the time, voltage to coil side of relay, goes hot with key in the crank position. I'd check the actual voltage readings at the relay when the problem occurs. Make sure the tranny is in park or neutral and the e-brake is set, during testing. The picture below is or 5.0 and 5.8L
