I was having a problem getting fuel to the engine (seprate issue) so I was cranking the engine over trying to get it to start when all of the sudden it stoped cranking and wouldnt even click. I had the starter tested and it is good. The relay clicks only when I supply it with direct power from the battery but does not crank the starter. The wire that supplys the relay with power from the ignition switch has no power when turning the key. I replaced the ignition switch and still nothing. I have power inside the truck however when the key is turned. I am at a dead end here and I dont know why (A) the relay isnt getting power when I turn the key, and (B) the starter will not crank even when I supply the relay with power and it clicks. Am I missing something here? Any information would help. I am electrically retarted.

Sounds like your problem is 2 fold. Like Razmataz suggested, check your neutral safety switcn on the trans. Secondly, click the starter relay and test for output power to the starter. If none, change the starter relay.
