1994 Ford F-150 oil pressure

My oil pressure either goes to the middle of normal when started then jumps around down past L or it doesn't get past L at all.

Hi there,

Get the oil pressure tested with a master gauge, this will give a true indication as to the oil pressure, do this before taking any further action.
