Engine runs hot but does not overheat when weather is warm, heater does not get hot when weather is cold, I have replaced thermostat.

I need you to check something. With the engine hot, running, and the heater on high, do both heater core hoses get hot.

Let me know.

One hose was warm but not hot and the other one was cool to the touch.
