1993 Ford F150 head light assembly

How do you remove the whole front head light assembly. Where is the best place to get online how to manuals or videos. My son just bought this truck which had front impact damage. Grill and both head light assemblies need to be replaced. Of course other repairs in the future are going to be numerious. Suggestions for the novious.

there are screws and bolts holding on the clip. you have to remove the grill, and the black piece of plastic that the headlight is bolted on. the bolts are located inside the engine compartment they are a pain to get at, be sure to use lots of penetrating oil.
