1992 Ford F-150 running hot

My truck started running hot I replaced the water pump thermostat, fan clutch. It does not run hot when at idol. But after wa while you can start reving and the temp climbs up. There is no water in the oil what should I do

You have two things left that could cause it. Either you have a radiator hose collapsing when you rev it or the radiator needs flushed or rodded out. If it is plugged, it will cause this to happen.

Have that checked and let me know what you find.
