My truck keeps on making a loose belt type squeal.
Changed belt and tension assembly, quiet for about a week or so, noisy again.
Any ideas?
After reading some info on belt noises, I would say this noise is more of a chirp, than squeal.
Speed up, noise sometimes gets louder, deaccelerate, noise goes away. Put water on belt, quiet for a few seconds.

OK you have something on one of the pulleys that is causing the chirp. What I would recomend is pull the belt off and clean the pulleys. You don't need to buy anything special just some good cleaner like purple power or? Do not do this with the belt on remove the belt.
