See my profile.I do not know much about your rig, I am a CJ kina Guy.

I'm sure some of this has been attempted. But here goes!

Pull/ turn the steering wheel either direction while trying the key thing.

If you have "TILT STEERING" tilt both directions, don't slam it, but do it with a purpose. While doing the Key thing

You may also check linkage to your tranny, for like foreign objects wedged in. Simply shaking it may un-bind it.

Other than that EZ stuff, consult a repair manual for other parts that would affect you.

Your key switch may be messed up. Have you/ can you. Tried a different key?

Let me know what happens. With GOOD NEWS!
