Wont start I have changed the distributor?

I have changed the distributor, distributor cap, ignition coil, I have had the Ignition modular tested, at two different places and it test ok. Replaced plugs, still wont start.

Is the problem no spark? check for power at the ignition coil with the key on? This guide will help us get started:
