What is the process to remove and replace the fuel filter. It leaks gas when running, does not leak when the engine is off

Loosen anytype of device to hold the fuel filter then twist it to break the ends free, then if you have hairpin type connectors just stick a screwdriver under the top and twist them to break them free.
If you have spring lock coupling or duckbill connectors there is a special part sold at auto part stores to disconnect them.
