Try finding a ford f150 with basically the same set up, porportioning valve and so forth and the front metering valve and attatch it in place of the old one.

Dont recommend this but it will work, be careful with steppign on the brakes.

Replace it with :

Prior Brake Booster
1973-1974 Ford F-100 Pickup
"PRIOR BRAKE BOOSTER, Power Section With Master Cylinder, Remanufactured, Core Charge Will Be Returned When We Receive Your Old Booster"
Fits: 1/2 Ton, All With 4 WD

this is around 167.00 bucks

I will need power brakes because I will be towing a 17" boat with it

thanks Garry

Ive hauled about 1ton on a trailer with a 81 dodge. Standard brakes, and it stopped just fine, go for a test drive with it and see how well it stops.

The booster just wont work, ou may need a longer pushrod.
