I have 02 ford explorer limited 91000 miles. Whenever driving at 5-10mph I felt vibration could yu assist?

Does it feel like the engine is shaking or does it feel like the drivetrain?

If it feels like the drive train, is the problem limited to just that range of speed? Do you hear any small clunks? I assume this is a 4X4?
