Spark plugs

I have a 2001 Ford Explorer Sport. I need to change the spark plugs. Right side going to be a problem. What needs to be removed in order to do this.

Just for starters I am sure that the fuel injector rails will have to be removed to gain access to the coil packs and spark plugs. Once the fuel rails are removed the coil packs and plugs come out pretty easy.
