2005 ford explorer hit a deer now it is back. When behind a truck or traveling down highway the drivers side of the hood lifts can this be adjusted?Wobbles extreme when on highway. Looks fine at low speed or motionless. Also the steering wheel is not straight with the dashboard it has to be turned slightly to the right to drive straight. Car does not pull to left or right though, only steering wheel is not straight. 18,000 miles can steering wheel be adjusted?

For the hood, it must not be aligned correctly, air is probably causing it to move around. If your steering wheel is off-center, as long as the wheel has never been removed and re-installed incorrectly, then something in the front-end is out of whack, either alignment is not correct or something is bent. The wheel should never be off-center unless one of the above. Personally I can't stand the wheel being even a hair off, Ii've driven cars where the friggin' thing is like 90 degrees off, I don't know how they could drive it like that. Take your car back where it was repaired and have them finish the job right this time.
