My 97 ford explorer has 200,000 miles now. I'm trying to keep it untill it dies. The heater does not come on. Also the air conditioning dosen't blow. I can feel heat when putting my hand to the vents but it dosen't blow. I checked both fuse boxes that were in the manual. It said the heater blower fuse is in the fuse box under the hood, so I checked the fuse and its still good. Any advice??

Fan blower motor. I believe it's inside the engine compartment on the firewall, fairly easy to replace but beware sometimes you have to wire plug yourself and remove the squirrel cage from the old motor and put it on the new one. This is easier than it sounds be careful though it's plastic
