2006 Ford Explorer wont shift into 4 wheel

Won't shift into 4 wheel frive push button on dash

Chances are there is a problem with the actuator on the transfer case. What I need you to do is check to see if it is receiving power when the button is pushed. If it is, then remove the actuator and have it checked.
