2005 Ford Explorer Two Wheel Drive Automatic 96000 miles

My car stopped while I was driving at a light and never started back up it made no noise or warning light I had it checked out I was told it was the timing is it anything else it could be it was running fine before it happen what else can it be?

First, with the number of miles on the car, the timing chain should be fine. When you try to start the engine, does the engine sound funny or different when cranking? Also, have you checked for spark and fuel to the engine. I really question timing because of the mileage.

NO my car did not sound funny it was trying to start but would not turn over I took it to one shop they said it had no compression on one side what does that mean he said possible timing problem then I found out he was shady so what do u think the problem is I need another opinion what should I do?

I heard no funny noise it just sound like it trying to start but it won't I had no warning lights it just stopped and never started I took it to one shop and he said it had no compression on one side but later I found out he was shady so can u tell me what you think it is and what I should do?
