Electrical problem
2003 Ford Explorer 6 cyl Four Wheel Drive Automatic

My windshield washer won't spray cleaner in cold weather 20-5 deg F . I use fluid ranted to -20 deg F. Is this a common problem with this model. The sprayers are in the hood .Could this be the problem ?
