2003 Ford Explorer Windshield Washer

My right wiindhield washer quit working and it looks like the spray stem also came loose under the cowl. How can I repair this (i can't figure out how to get at it)?

Item 1: Windshield Wiper Pivot Arm Removal Note Remove the pivot arm. Pull up on the pivot arm. Pull out on the retainer tab and remove the pivot arm. Fig. 181: Removing pivot arm

Item 2: Cowl Panel Grille Removal Note NOTE:The cowl panel grille is held in place by clips. Remove the RH side cowl grille panel before removing the LH side cowl panel grille.
