2003 Ford Explorer O/D LIGHT

The O/D light of my Explorer Sport Trac is blinkig.
I have P0732 code. I change the 2 gear solenoid, security neutral switch,filter and oil and O/D light still blinking. What should be the problem?

Correct gear ratio not achieved for commanded gear .shift errors may be due to stuck valve and or damaged friction plates
another word internal tranny failure
