The courtesy lights come on and remain on after the car is turned off. I believe they should turn off after a short delay. They don't shut off at all and I have to turn the dash light dimmer to off. They will shut off when driving. Also the delay to operate the windows, radio etc. After the ignition is turned off works sometimes and sometimes not. I replaced the light/interior dimmer switch with no change.

You fefinitely have one of the door switches is bad. To eliminate the problem, you need to remove one switch at a time while you observe the dome light. If the light turns off at the door switch you removed, that means you have that switch is bad.
I have 2003, I call it Ford Explode, because every thing in this vehicle has been gone wrong.
Ford Explode is good for people who knows some thing in mechanic. Otherwise, you end up with paying too much money for the repair shop.
