I have checked my tires several times and checked behind the wheel to make sure nothing is rubbing the back of the wheels, but when I have my windows down I hear a clicking noise that sounds like if you have a small gravel stuck in the tred of your tires. I can't seem to figure out what it is so I'm not sure if it is dangerous or not.

Remove a wheel, grab the brake disc (make sure it's cool first), and try to rotate it one way or the other. Unless it's rusted to the hub, you'll notice a bit of play when you change direction. That is probably what you are hearing. Also make certain the hub caps (if equipped) are tight, if they are loose they may wiggle a bit and the plastic clips on them may cause the noise. Neither situations here would be dangerous.
