2002 Ford Explorer Window Regulator

How do you get the cover off of the door to reveal the hardwear underneath. It feels to tight to snap on. Is there a simple way to get the door cover off?

There is a few screws holding it on. After those are out then you shoud use a special tool for removing the snaps or you can use a long screwdriver to pry on it. Try to have it somewhere warm to prevent breaking the backing on the pannel.
