2002 Ford Explorer power windows

Hi my name is sammy from first class and I seem to be having a problem with my power windows and door lock. I checked all the fueses and they were all good I put the computer on there and that didnt tell me nothing. So can u help me out?

You should have someone check out the switch itself. That may be where the problem is. If you can here the motor cranking while you hold the button then the switch and the motor should be fine.

We had all motors replaced on all windows but after a while still had problems with two other windows. Dealer replaced the other motors again. Worked but still have on and off problem with couple of windows. That brings me to believe that it must be the connection or switch. When they replace the motors they reconnect everything and it works until the connection or switch get loose again.

Regarding the power locks. The doors would unlock themselves, light would come on and the alarm would turn on and off. We found this to be a faulty switch in the driver door which would trigger these events. It was $80 to fix.
