Just put two new tires on the back of my
Explorer. Now, when I accelerate and build up allittle speed it starts to vibate and make a rubbing sound coming from the front end. It also jerks. Does this have anything to do with the two new tires on back?

If it wasn't there before and it is now, that a reasonable guess. If so either the wrong size tires were put on my intention or by accident. OR your suspension is sagging pretty bad. Check the tires size that you just had pur on against your other 2 tires and then agaianst what should be on there according to the label on your door jamb.
