How do I install the brake light switch? Please help we tried and now the car won't even go in reference

The switch is located on the top of the brake pedal. It just a matter or unbolting and replacing the part. If you can't get it out of park, check to see if the brake lights are working. IT may need adjusted to work. The brake light switch actuates the park lock solenoid. So if the brake lights are not working, you can't take it out of park.
