Are you saying the linkage on your throttle body is stuck?

Start disconnecting the cables on it. If you still still cant moving it after all of the cables and what not are removed from the linkage, then the problem must be in the throttle body.

I got the cables off but the lever is stuck. My car only moves in idle no matter how hard I puch on the pedal. What is in the throttle body that can make it stuck?

You will have to take things apart and do a visual inspection.
