Hi I have a 2000 ford exploer sport. My ploblem is that it runs real rough in the morning in cold weather. Warm weather it dont do it. It runs fine when after it warms up. Someone told me it was the idle air control valve. About 4 years ago I put one of them on because it would'nt run unless you have your foot on the gas pedal, but it ran fine otherwise. I want to no is it anything else that could make it run like this.
Thanks Albert Bagby

Hi mrbag9, Welcome to 2carpros and T for the donation

Try cleaning out the mass airflow sensor and also test the throttle position sensor, also test the engine coolant temperature sensor-
