2000 Ford Explorer engine missing

I have a 200 ford explorer I have replaced the plug wires plugs coil pack o2 sensors and when it sets over night it has a miss in clears up in usaully 30 seconds or so and it gets worser in wet or cold weather and the the code reads miss firing on #4 and 6 plug this does not miss all the time it does it by spells but when it dont miss it runs great fuel milage get around 25 mile to the gallon
