When I turn right there is a loud noise coming from my wheel. Like somthing is going to break.A loud grinding metal noise. Also a kind of humming noise while driving over 40mph. Could it be the cv joint, or lower balljoint, or both?I replaced the upper balljoint a year ago. Thank you Freddy D. Ps. This is my 1rst question. Maybe next time ill donate

Hi:
First, have you checked the brake pads? Also, if the pads are good, my first guess would be a bad wheel bearing. If it happens when you turn right, chances are the left front wheel bearing is the problem. The reason for this is because when turning right, more of the vehicles weight goes to the left side.

Have that checked and let me know what you find.

Joe
