2000 Ford Explorer Code problems

2000 Ford Explorer 23000 miles

I pulled codes for this car, the check engine light is on and it is po131. It shows low voltage, what is my problem?

It is the O2 sensor on the passenger side of the engine. It is the sensor forward to catalytic converter (between the exhaust manifold and the cat). If it is showing low voltage, find the plug and test for voltage at the plug. Either the wiring is bad, the plug is undone, or the sensor itself is bad. Let me know what you find.
