The top bolts for attaching the linkage to the upper control arms on both sides are gone. I want to know if I can just replace those bolts or do I have to replace the entire control arm assembly. Please help!

Yes you can go to your local car parts place and ask for stabilizer bar links. And replace them. You may need a jack to help keep the bar up as you are putting them in and tightening them
