1998 Ford Explorer raogh idle

My exploer is idling rough at cold and warm temps, I have changed the coil, wires and plugs. I tested the fuel pressure and it is at 33 psi at idle. I have run out of ideas as to what might be wrong. Also the engine light is not on

Yes I have checked for vacuum leaks.I checked the timing and it seems as tho it is running at about 20 degrees.I was told that the timing is controlled by the computer and I will need to replace that. Is that so?

The timing is run by the computer, but it is based on signals from other components such as a crank sensor, throttle position sensor. Has anything other been checked? And when you say 20 degrees, is that BTDC or ATDC

That is btdc and I have replaced the crank position sensor and still runs rough, replaced all oxygen sensors and still runs rough.

THe only thing I can think of is you've missed a vacuum leak or have a weak cylender (lower compression), but that is unlikely with only 94K on it.
