How do I adjust the clutch on my explorer?

Clutch system is hydraulic and self adjusting. What's the problem?

It is supposed to be automatic, but I dont know how much clutch I have left. How can I determine if there is any adjustment left?

You can tell by pedal height as to clutch engagement. If right off floor then disc is thin also hard to get into 1st or slipping in high.
