Seat belt receiver with electric plug

My seat belt seems to be uncoupling on its own. I have the Eddie Bauer edition and It looks like I have to take out the console to get to the bolt for the seat belt. The seat belt is attached to the seat rail itself. Is there another way to replace this seat belt?

First off seat belts themselves are real stupid. Unless it is cut or badly frayed do not change it! Look instead to the control mod for the seat belt, it has gone even dumber!
