All coolants and oils are all to correct levels. When the temps are higher then 95 degrees the engine runs like it needs a major major Tune Up. I have recently givin the truck a tune up, NOT the PROBLEM. My? Could fuel injected engine get Vapor Lock @ High Temps. Or is there a posibilty that the Mass Airflow Sensor can't handle extreme heat and needs to be changed?

Hi Jimmy,

Is the check engine light showing while running the engine?

If no, you would need to run a diagnostic on all the components to find out which is not performing to specs.

As it is related to the ambient temp, I would suspect the Intake Air Temperatue sensor.
