1997 Ford Explorer clutch will not disengage

replaced with new clutch assemply and slave, did not do master. Still having problems with the clutch not disengaging, in first with clutch petal to the floor with no brake the car will creep forward.

Rebleed it again and check the master cylinder if its leaking internally and also check the free play and pedal height
