My belt started squealing so I replaced it. My car was still sqealing so I did some looking into it and ended up replacing the tensioner also. Now the car still sqeals for the first minute or two that the car is on very loudly. Then quiets.

Clean off the pulleys, sometimes there can be a build up of a coating of rubber from the old belt. Some new belt do squeek for a little while, depending on quality of the belt. I had a subaru that did it after I put on a new belt. Found where it was stamped with size and number was making it squeel, this did this for about 3 weeks before it smoothed out and stopped.
