1996 Ford Explorer brake pulsating

Not all the time but when you apply brake instead of pulsating the wheel the petal pulsates and is forced to the top also can you tell me where the fuse is to disable the abs thanks much

Hi:
Either the brake rotors or the drums need cut or replaced. If your steering wheel shakes when you feel the pulsation, start with the front rotors. If not, start with the back. NOTE: A mechanic with the proper tools can check for rotor runout or if the drums are out of round.

PS: I'm not sure but I believe the ABS fuse is under the hood in the power distribution box. However, I strongly recommend not disconnecting the ABS for both safety reasons, and I'm not sure how if will affect the computer.
