1995 Ford Explorer fuel pump

Just purchased a 95 explorer that has been sitting for over a year. Think the fuel pump may be out and wondered if it was the reset switch or the fuel pump. Will turn over with starter fluid. Can't locate the reset switch and wonder if we should replace the pump?

First may want to inspect fuel pump relay located in power distribution block under hood. Also inspect inertia fuel shut-off switch located behind right front kick panel.
