1994 Ford Explorer 6 cyl Two Wheel Drive Automatic 180XXX miles

I have a 1994 For Explorer and I just do not know what is wrong. I believe that the tranny is slipping, crakcked head gas, and I was told that the antifreeze is going engine. Please give me some insight on what to do. Should I salvage the truck or is it worth putting more money into

Trany problems with the older explorers are a problem rebuilding is the fix. As for head yes they like to crack and they steam into the valve train and wear out the rocker arm assembly then they start to click like a bad set of lifters. If you replace the heads do not get remaned one get the new updated ones. Hope this helps
