Dear sirs I have a 1994 ford explorer from new, recently my check engine came on it shows code 214 which is camshaft sensor, I tryed ordering a new one from ford and got anotice they no longer make those what can I do, thank you.

Check with your local autoparts store (autozone etc.) They should be able to supply one for you ! But Ford's should have been able to offer you an alternative?

Well I tryed all day saturday to locate a sensor I get the same answer not available thank you for answering ;) Time to get a toyota

Pepboys supply them, part # CSS625 cost $219

You could always try a recycle/scrap yard !

I called service tech today and they say not to drive it, thank you for answering, called pepboys they say none in stock I hate to go to a junk yard.
