Sometimes while driving the explorer for an extended period of time, when I put the shifter into the standard neutral position, it falls limp towards the neutral spot between first and second gear. Also when I put the truck in any of its 5 speeds the shifter stays in gear, but still falls limp towards first and second (does not go past the gate for the gear though). I'm assuming the truck will need a new return system in the shifter, but I also would like to know if there are any bushings that should be replaced as well while doing this.
