Sounds to me like you may need a new headgasket, you can test yourself by taking off the radiator cap and filling it up and burping the hoses till it wont hold no more fluid then starting the car and letting it run to operating temp.

Look for bubbles to appear, if alot of bubbles appear then you have a bad headgasket.
