Seems I need a new radiator. Is it better to buy new or at this point in time rebuilt? Garage is asking about $800 for new reapair, is that resonable? Car has 170k mi.

No! You can purchase a new radiator on ebay for less than 100 bucks. It is an easy fix. Only like three bolts hold it in place. Go to this site. Someone there can walk you through it. Post your question about "replacing a radiator" You will get a quick response. Good Luck!
