multiple electrical issues. Istument cluster has gauges that will move and chimes that sound with key out of igntion. Battery aslo dies very fast. Starter will also engage intermitantly and all this will happen with key in or out of ignition.

I have to agree with you. It sounds like you need a priest not a mechanic. Without being there, I would start by having the body control module (BCM) checked. If it's shorting out internally, it could cause what you described.
