My truck is having a terrible shake at highway speeds. Once I get over 45mph, its shaking pretty bad ---- when I turn left, it shakes a little worse; however, if I increase my speed while turning, the shaking calms.
I don't have to be turning for the car to be shaking.

I did have a broken belt in one of my tires --- and I took that tire off. But its happening again.

No idea here. Oh, if i'm creeping @ 4mph or so and turn left (like when parking) I hear a noise like something is grinding or something. It does it at certain points as the tire rotates. Sound like its coming from my front left side.

The grinding when turning is probably your power steering. But some times you can correct that with a proper allignment because the steering is off, it makes your turn radius off therefore making you turn your wheel farther than necessary. So alignment and check tie rods/adjust. That can also make your car shake when at highway speeds, so check those out and get back to me
