1999 Ford Expedition low flow egr valve

I changed out the solidnoid and sensor as well as the egr valve. The code goes away for a day and then comes back with low flow. I have no leaks or bad vacuum lines.

any suggestions? the suv runs great

Try cleaning out the EGR passages
